In June of 2025 the employees of the New York & Atlantic Railway's Fresh Pond shops restored Long Island SW1001 #101

to its as-delivered appearance prior to being returned to the LIRR after a long-term lease.

This locomotive will include all lighting applicable as well as ditchlights.
